I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Texas Tech University and then went on to obtain my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. I am passionate about working with children and developing relationships with them and their families. I love finding fun and creative games/tasks that create the perfect challenge for each kid. Kathryne

Speech Language Pathologist

Hi, my name is Katie and I was raised in East Tennessee. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Pathology and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!). I relocated to West Texas two years ago, gaining experience working in Early Childhood Intervention and home health. I became a speech pathologist because of my late mother who was a passionate special educator. Watching her make a difference in her student’s lives motivated me to do the same. I love supporting all of my clients in reaching their goals and creating new opportunities for all people to communicate. When I’m not at the clinic I enjoy reading, building jigsaw puzzles, and watching college football.
